We want you to feel confident about every Micool purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it — unused and unaltered, with all original packaging, accessories, and safety seals intact.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as sale products, personalized items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund too.
